At Mass Additive, LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy allows for returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation from Mass Additive, LLC is required.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@massadditive.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.

Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all components, manuals, and accessories.

Include RA Number: Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets eligibility criteria.

Refund or Exchange: Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or you may choose store credit or an exchange.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and cover all associated costs.

A replacement will be sent, or a full refund will be issued, based on your preference and product availability.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For purchases made with a gift card, refunds will be issued as store credit.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
